A little guidance for digital and printable formats
For PDF resources, use a compatible PDF reader. If your product includes fillable fields, you can complete them in Adobe Acrobat Reader or another PDF reader that supports fillable forms. Save your file after making changes. If it includes printable pages, you can print them and fill them in by hand.
